**Terms of Service and Liability Waiver StratosLabsPro Corporation, S.A.**
Service Definition and Analytical Context.
StratosLabsPro Corporation, S.A. (hereinafter, “the Laboratory”) provides specialized services in the analytical profiling of pharmacological components and formulations. All services are performed on discrete physical specimens (hereinafter, “the Test Articles”) supplied by the client. The Laboratory’s obligations are strictly limited to conducting agreed-upon analytical procedures on these Test Articles in the exact state of receipt.
Intrinsic Constraints of Analytical Findings.
The analytical data, summaries, and reports generated (hereinafter collectively, “the Findings”) are a direct consequence of the specific Test Articles analyzed under the Laboratory’s controlled conditions. The Laboratory explicitly disavows any representation that these Findings are indicative of, or can be extrapolated to, the properties of other batches, the general performance of the product, or its future behavior. No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the consistency of the Test Articles with any other materials.
Explicit Non-Affiliation and Commercial Impartiality.
The Laboratory operates with strict impartiality. The generation of Findings must not be interpreted as an accreditation, promotion, or condemnation of the product’s source, manufacturer, or any associated commercial entity. The Laboratory provides factual, data-centric results and expressly renounces any role in making qualitative judgments concerning the marketability, therapeutic value, or overall safety profile of the client’s or any third party’s products.
Imperative Advisory on Professional Medical Oversight.
It is a fundamental condition of service that the client acknowledges this critical warning: The Laboratory’s Findings are raw technical data and are in no way a substitute for professional medical judgment. The use of any drug, medicament, or therapeutic agent must be predicated on the advice, prescription, and continuous monitoring of a qualified healthcare practitioner. Self-administration or deviation from professional medical guidance carries inherent and potentially serious risks to health, for which the Laboratory assumes zero liability.
Contractual Assent and Release from Liability.
The engagement of the Laboratory’s services by submitting Test Articles constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of these terms in their entirety. The client, on behalf of themselves and their affiliates, hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds StratosLabsPro Corporation, S.A., including its agents and assigns, harmless from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the utilization, publication, or misinterpretation of the Findings provided.
